Many films have copied this film, the story was simple but effective. Heavy on dialogue not really alot of action but the film flowed well. Poitier was terrific as was Curtis and it was a interesting and appropiate film for it's era.
A few scenes are quite powerful indeed and film that does demand to be seen.
