Super long film where you are sure not to miss much of the story. You can divide it in to three parts - before Nam, during Nam, and after Nam. Each part has it moments, but this film was nothing as expected.
It features fantastic acting and it's well told and presented. The story is very good also. I feel that it was a bit long to keep my interest to the maximum the entire playtime, that's not a good thing. Sure, it's character development, but the characters are not THAT magnificent. I give it plus points for amazing score, some super nature scenes, gut-wrenching scenes and the job in front of the camera. Powerful and different war film.
8 out of 10 Russian gun games.
