Not an intelligent satire, and not funny. Making light of people being shot at GULAG or finding humor in people hoarded out in pijamas to be shot is plain mean. It's like joking about people in concentration canps or burning World Trade Center towers on 9/11.
2 stars for the artistic qualities.
