This was by far better than the third installment. I loved his partner in this one and the RC car is just the coolest but I'd have to say in order from best to worst goes Dirty Harry, Magnum Force, Sudden Impact and then Dead Pool.
Let's not even count the third, The Enforcer cause it was a piece of shit. Word.
