The last and the least interesting of the Dirty Harry series. It's not a terrible film, there just isn't much to grab your attention. A somewhat return to the original starring a psycho-killer with a strange agenda.
The concept is great but the follow-through just didn't match it. It's worth watching, but isn't nearly as memorable as it's predecessors.
