Review of The Day the Earth Stood Still (2008) by Jeffrey M — 07 May 2011

I seemingly liked it more than most people, probably because I went into it with very low expectations. I actually like Keanu. Sure the message is simplistic, and it's all very formula, but it looks good and generally succeeds in what it tries to do.

My biggest complaint is Jaden Smith, the whole dynamic between him and his stop mom Jennifer Connelly was asinine.
