Review of The Day the Earth Stood Still (2008) by Max C — 28 Apr 2011

It's another stupid movie carrying somewhat similar story to "Knowing" where aliens become so sympathetic and come over to save us. Really? For god's sake! Those might be some good aliens, if you ask me; and downright stupid because they did not think it through, considering what they did on the verge of the end of their own bloody world! I several times so badly needed to punch that stupid kid! It's pointless and goes nowhere.

I have heard that the original is better. But I'd rather not take a chance in watching it. After all, this was inspired by it!
