Everything about this film is just OK - it never excels or really disappoints, apart from the ending which is rather anticlimactic and just kind of fizzles out. The actions scenes are good and the characters are interesting enough, but the villain could have been more menacing, the plot could have been less cliché, and the settings could have been more memorable.
