The Dark Tower brings an intriguing story with absolutely zero execution. From the get-go, the story feels completely lost, and never successfully gains any traction. In a parallel universe somewhere, the generational acting of Elba and McConaughey delivered a timeless classic, but unfortunately, this is not the version.
