Firstly this is not the best movie we've ever seen. Secondly, it was entertaining and we enjoyed it. Neither my boyfriend or I have read the books but now we want to. And we would definitely watch any other movies or TV series from the books.
I really don't know what all the criticism is about but I'm figuring it's because I went in just to see a movie without any expectations other than to be entertained.
