Entertaining, although predictable, it provides a good 2 hour escape into a fantasy world. I have not read the books so I don't have anything to compare it to, as typically books area always better.
After seeing the preview you pretty much get what you'd expect out of the movie. The three main actors had solid performances and the fight scenes were well done.
