Review of The Dark Knight Rises (2012) by Bubblegumimp — 21 Jul 2012
It's not the masterpiece its predecessor was, but TDKR succeeds in bringing Nolan's Bat trilogy to a satisfying close. When all three films are viewed in their entirety, it's hard to argue with it being one of the best cinematic trilogies in recent history.
It's right up there with The Lord of the Rings and Toy Story. Consistently excellent... it's well acted and engaging from start to finish.
