Review of The Dark Knight Rises (2012) by Eddye L — 25 Jun 2015
My review of The Dark Knight Rises is pending a second viewing. The film is initially too much to digest the primary time around. From my first viewing, however, I can submit that it is inferior to its predecessors within Nolan's Trilogy, and Hardy's portrayal of Bane is a remote second to Ledger's Joker.
Hans Zimmer's score is brilliant, the cinematography is top-notch, but the plot seemingly requires further development; especially the conclusion and its "twist". The performances were decent, and the action was awesome (the first battle of Batman and Bane).
Loads of confusion in the dialogue. Again, I need to view it a second time prior to an official review.
