The best Superhero movie of all time. This movie succeeds on all front. The cast, script, plot, villain, and score are all outstanding. Every character is well developped and has legitimate motives that make sense.
Not only is it awesome to see Batman kick some butt, but Heath Ledger's Joker may be the most infamous villain in film history. The performance Ledger gives makes the Joker a maniacal, chaotic, but well flushed out character who steals the spotlight from Bale's Batman.
I can not forget to mention Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine and Gary Oldman, who all give great performances here. Every scene including the Joker is captivating and important to make this film as great as it is.
This movie will not only go down as the best superhero film of all time, but one of the best films period.
