Review of The Danish Girl (2015) by José C — 29 Apr 2016
Although far of its true story and deserves to be sold as "based on (the novel)" instead of "a true story," Hooper delivers a film with the same endearing qualities of his filmography: great performances and flawless manufacturing.
But this time, its weakness is due to the delicacy of its subject, developing a plot superficially, without delving deep into the conflict.
