Review of The Dancer Upstairs (2002) by John D — 08 Feb 2009
Not bad, not great, and a bit too long. A pretty interesting story about a police detective (Javier Bardem) on a hunt for a terrorist in Latin America. It is exhausting for him and he goes through much hardship to find this elusive terrorist.
There were a lot of things I wish that were done differently with the character development, but it was still an engaging film.
