Review of The Damned United (2009) by Jebus C — 17 Feb 2010
Strong characters, great actors and a terrific storyline. Not just the best movie about football that's ever been made but also a great movie in any genre. Michael Sheen continues his streak of great impersonations this time mimicking Brian Clough.
The support from Colm Meaney and Tim Spall is top draw and the clever use of stock footage rather than attempting to recreate classic moments in footballing history is perfect.
