Review of The Damned United (2009) by Mya G — 26 Feb 2010
This evocative film of English football manager Brian Clough's fall from grace in the mid-1970s will probably appeal more to people familiar with English football and the larger-than-life characters it has produced over the years, but a fantastic performance by the truly epic quartet of Sheen, Spall, Meaney and Broadbent can be enjoyed by anybody with a love of top-notch British character acting.
