Review of The Damned United (2009) by Hassan I — 22 Nov 2011
This is basically a charachter sketch of soccer coach Brian Clough who coached in the 1970's. His big mouth and abrassive personality get him into some serious trouble and eventually gets him fired from Leeds United.
The movie is actually an interesting look at the relationship between Clough and his assistant Pete Taylor. The Damn United is entertaining. Sheen is excellent in his portrayl of Clough. good overall movie.
