Review of The Da Vinci Code (2006) by Guido S — 01 Jan 2014
Never was a fan of the book series, but gave the film a shot. Follows the same basic story of a murder taking place in a museum and Langdon coming to solve the mystery. However, it felt like there were large leaps in logic that take place throughout the whole film which don't make a lot of sense.
Felt this one was slightly better than the sequel, but not by much. Ian McKellen is a predictable villain and whne it is revealed his true intentions, it gets really cheesy.
