Review of The Curse of Frankenstein (1957) by Todd L — 16 Nov 2008
Hammer's first in a long series of horror movies is a great version of the Frankenstein story. Cushing is great as the Baron and Lee is perfect as the monster, though completely different than the classic Boris Karloff intepretation of the character.
Karloff's had a touch of humanity, Lee is completely soulless. Both are great performances.
