Un bien merecido clasico del cine de los 90. Excelentes actuaciones de Stephen Rea, Jaye Davidson, Forest Whitaker y Miranda Richardson, Neil Jordan gano un oscar por su excelente guion que junto a su precisa puesta en escena hace de esta pelicula una inolvidable.
Es tambien de las mejores peliculas que se han hecho sobre el IRA y la situacion en Irlanda.
