Review of The Crucible (1996) by Øystein D — 18 Feb 2008
Incredibly well done period drama. The court proceedings in the 17th century were really outragous and the film really makes you feel the injustice going on. Daniel Day-Lewis marvels as usual and his last scenes really shows you why this man is ranked as one of the greatest actors of our time.
I really hope he gets his oscar for 'There Will be Blood'.
