Great acting and an inspiring, if somewhat depressing, ending. It's a story filled with characters you want to wring about the neck just to end the madness. Good grief I can't believe this all actually happened.
The Salem Witch Trials set women and religion back a good 10,000 steps, for sure. The judges stopped the executions only because more and more people were unwilling to lie and tar their names for the rest of their natural lives.
Just insane.
