Review of The Crucible (1996) by Scott A — 25 Nov 2012
A solid adaptation of the Arthur Miller classic. The performances of course sell the film entirely. The big complaint I had is it just didn't feel very dynamic. The sets felt like sets not genuine locations.
It takes you out of the experience a little, but the acting sucks you in.
