Well it wasnt terrible, true this will never be like the first Crow movie because of the death of Brandon Lee, but it wasnt a downright failed project, I enjoyed the overall uses of symbolism in the movie, and Edward Fulong did show a lot of progress from his Terminator days...
Still, in all, in was pretty average...
