Well I am going to be honest: out of respect for Brandon Lee, they should have stopped at the first. Besides, prequels usually are lower to their earlier counterparts. While this had interesting cinematography, the plot nearly bored me to tears.
It was basically like the first Crow, but a different scenery, and different drabber actors.
