Review of The Crow: Salvation (2000) by Candace W — 27 Feb 2008
I actually liked this movie, at least a bit more then its predecessor, CITY OF ANGELS. The main thing that bogs this film down is its script and some of its acting--the acting is decent at times (save for Mabius, who does a job comparable to Brandon Lee with his mind-is-not-quite-there returning ghost), but the script suffers from cliche and corny dialogue.
The ending feels rushed, the denouement pulling off in less then two, maybe, minutes. The action scenes are well-done, though; but still, when will we get a sequel to THE CROW that is actually as good as THE CROW?
