Review of The Crow (1994) by Baurushan J — 23 Apr 2012
The story is about Eric Draven played by Brandon Lee who is a rock musician and is killed off with his girlfriend Shelly Webster by a group of thugs led by an underground mob boss named Top Dollar played by Michael Wincott who all terrorize the city they live in.
A year after Eric was murdered, a mystical crow appears at his grave and resurrects him to avenge what happened that night, at October 30th/Devil's Night and find everyone in the gang who killed him.
Poor Brandon Lee was shot and killed during filming this movie. Just as fate said so, he had to join his father martial arts superstar Bruce Lee in heaven and left a tremendous amount of work behind on Earth where we are all standing there wanting them to be with us and produce more work but at they both got their stars in the Hollywood Walk Of Fame which is great otherwise.
Following a great cast of Brandon Lee, Ernie Hudson, Michael Wincott and Tony Todd, this movie starts dark and finishes dark from the prologue to the finishing credits. The Crow (1994) gets a pure 10/10 and to finish off, R.
I.P. Brandon Lee.
