Brandon lee comes back from the dead and puts some make up on so he can kill his killers. Winston zeddemore helps out.
Couldn't be more 90s if it was trying to be. It's all moody lighting, bad guys, heroin and guitar solos on rooftops. It's also a lot better than I remember, though still no classic.
