Review of The Crimson Rivers (2000) by Tony G — 26 Feb 2010
A surprising good French thriller with two of France's biggest actors. Is uniquely great due to the stunning scenery used, the unpredicable script/twist at end, the coming together of the two (Reno and Cassel) to solve two cases that merge into one sinister one.
The film may meander a little and be a little farfetched at end revelations but it is still a great watch none the less and memorable in parts.
