Review of The Crazies (1973) by Andrew T — 18 Feb 2009
Some average acting mars a great premise and some unexpectedly propulsive editing. If the production had been more consistent it'd be a truly great paranoid thriller. With its themes, it could actually benefit from a retelling in the modern world.
Although THE SIGNAL kind of went there, I guess.
