Easily one the best of the John Wayne westerns, and spectacular in Blu Ray HD.
My only beef with the dvd is the "5.1" soundtrack. The great John Williams score is remastered but the.
Movie soundtrack is not. I was waiting for cows and horses all round me, and got none.
But, all in all, if your a Duke fan, this is a must have.
My other choices would be:
The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance.
True Grit.
The Shootist.
