"The Covenant" isn't scary, and it isn't overly original. This is what most people say they hate about it. Well I liked "The Covenant" and I'll tell you why; Steven Strait, Sebastian Stan, Taylor Kitsch, Toby Hemingway and Chace Crawford.
That's why. But seriously, it's not that bad a movie. It's interesting, it's dark, and the acting isn't that awful. I liked the stuff about the salem witch hunts and I LOVE the opening credits sequence.
I don't see how people could hate it, it's enjoyable.
