Decent special effects of balls of tidal wind thrown at each other and the music is relatable to the film, if else generic. Terrible acting, no well known stars except maybe Jessica Lucas from the new Melrose Place.
Terrible use of green screen. Subpar plot. Pretty bad use of time. Pass on this one. It's not even terribly funny. Just not good at all. Another witchy teenage melodrama.
