Review of The Conversation (1974) by Dfg D — 29 Dec 2009
A fantastic, introspective, paranoid thriller the works perfectly because it plays on the simplest of human emotions at it's heart.
Audio is the films bread and butter; with the music a subtle character, often expressing Harry's thought's or emotions. In true 70's style this is a lead driven performance that feels advanced despite it's age.
