Review of The Conversation (1974) by Paul J — 12 Dec 2008
A compelling and dark character study. Hackman has never been better and Coppola explores issues rarely touched upon in contemporary Hollywood. Walter Murch contributes greatly and a very young Harrison Ford makes a creepy appearance.
Long live 70s filmmaking.
