This Francis Ford Coppola thriller from 1974 features Gene Hackman's portrayal of the complex emotions undergone by Harry Caul, a surveillance expert, who finds himself in a moral conundrum about the possible consequences of one of his assignments.
The brilliant performance by Hackman is the highlight of this movie. It also features a youthful Harrison Ford and Robert Duvall, who both have minor roles.
