Great movie! This film has producer director Robert Redford's stamp on it. The film portrays a dark time in American justice after the Civil War. And, by implication, asks serious questions about this country's current practice of trying illegal combatants by military tribunal instead of in criminal court.
The more things change the more they stay the same.
