I enjoyed the authenticity of this historical tale which is rarely told. "The Conspirator" focuses on the trial of Mary Surratt who was charged with being involved in the assassination of Abraham Lincoln.
The acting shines and the grounding in historical reality make this a compelling movie to watch.
