This is my house!

Lorraine and Ed Warren take a break after the horrible spirits they encounter at the infamous Amityville, New York house. They hear the story of a single mom and her four children in London and how they are plagued by one of the most brash and well observed ghosts history. They take on this spirit in hopes of saving the family and helping them return to a normal life.

"Does it feel like it is coming from inside you?".

"No. It feels like it is coming from behind me.".

James Wan, director of Saw, The Conjuring, Dead Silence, Furious 7, Death Sentence, Insidious 1 & 2, and the upcoming Aquaman, delivers The Conjuring 2. The storyline for this is action packed, very intense, and contains a unique setting and set of characters. The special effects are very solid but a bit overdone. The acting was very good and the cast includes Patrick Wilson, Vera Farmiga, Frances O'Connor, Madison Wolfe, Simon McBurney, and Bob Adrian.

"It said it wants to hurt you.".

"When did it say that?".

"Right now.".

I thoroughly enjoyed the first picture and had to see this sequel. We caught this in the movie theatre and loved the intensity and special effects tied to this picture. I felt this film was a bit overdone jumping from one action packed sequence to the next with less focus on the story and backdrop of the entities tied to the film, but it was still worthwhile and fun to watch unfold. This is worth seeing if you're a fan of the horror genre but not as good as the first Conjuring picture.

"There was a crooked man and he walked a crooked mile...".

Grade: C+.
