Review of The Company of Wolves (1984) by Gary K — 28 Jun 2008
This film doesn't fit the mold of a horror movie or a fairy tale. Elements of both, woven together in the heroine's dream, frame Jordan's exploration of the conflict between emerging sexuality and the loss of innocence.
Jordan created a visual experience heavy on atmospherics and symbolism.
