One of my new favorite movies. An adaptation of Angela Carter's marvelous collection of stories that is strange, surreal, sexual, magical, hypnotic, horrifying, and, yeah, just all around amazing. One of the very, very, very, very, very, very best fairy tales put on film.
Easily the coolest werewolf transformation I've seen. Visually amazing. Exquisitely written. Impeccably acted. This movie seriously deserves more love.
