Review of The Color of Money (1986) by Jenna F — 27 Aug 2007
Tom Cruise is the perfect protege for Paul Newman, in that he was in 1986 what Newman was in 1961 - young, good-looking, slightly rebellious Hollywood heartthrob. In 2011, will Cruise get to mentor his own young hot-shot pool shark?
The soundtrack boasts the triumphant return of Eric Clapton, although he followed it up with his terrible '90s career.
