Review of The Coca-Cola Kid (1985) by Sera F — 06 Jul 2009
Makavejev's satire is as fizzly and refreshing as the very product of Americana it aims to shoot down. Or to celebrate. There isn't really a 'why' behind anything in the movie. It is interesting simply because it's a movie that exists based on its own charms.
