Review of The Client (1994) by Joe C — 11 Jul 2011
Lack of a decent face of villainy prevents this from being on the same par as witness but it still has some iconinc scenes, the event that the movie revolves around for example is as good a class in old school tension as you will find.
It still holds up pretty good against what else is out there but compared to a time to kill, the courtroom drama from the same author, it has a lot lacking. Its well done but maybey just a little less emotionally involving that more mainstream remembered flicks of this nature.
