The only reason this isn't 0 stars is it was shot well and the acting was fine, but the author and scriptwriters should never work again. You can tell the writer had a great set up for a story, but just couldn't think of an actual story to go in it.

It's almost like a prequel to another movie where you can see how society got to a certain point, but it just can't stand on it's own. Also, the movie keeps seeming like it's trying to make a point, but it just can't figure out what that point is.

The movie is nowhere near as smart as it thinks it is.
