Review of The Cider House Rules (1999) by Isabella D — 04 Mar 2011
This was an interesting movie...nothing like I was expecting. It's a touching story, while at the same time featuring the less fortunate side of life. And yet, every step was an extraordinary adventure for the oldest orphan.
The intense elements definitely kicked this movie up a notch. Still, though, it was an overall tender-hearted kind of movie even when it wasn't.
