Review of The Cider House Rules (1999) by Audrey L — 22 Mar 2008
A really bad adaptation of Irving's book, unfortunately adapted by the author himself.I love John Irving, and this book was and remains his masterpiece,a Dickensian satire with laugh out loud moments within the context of a humanitarian theme.
The full experience of this book, could not have been adapted easily to film.Read The Book!
