Children of Huang Shi is truly a disturbing tale about a war that happened in China more than 70 years ago. The movie has quite good script as well as the acting, although there are some cheesy parts. Chow Yun Fat is quite funny in the movie, especially the beginning.
While the whole movie is very interesting, I found that the ending is the strongest part of the movie. It directly caught my heart. Watching this movie is a unique experience as the story you're seeing is none other than a foreigner's point of view.
